Having received notification from the National dealer that bought out Westover that they were no longer a Fiat main dealer and that the cost of the service plus MOT was to be £104 more expensive than S&H it was a no brainer where to go.
S&H quoted me a price for a FULL service and the MOT, they offered me a courtesy car and a time and date to suit me.
When we collected the car, a Fiat 500, everything was done as quoted and to top it all the staff were so pleased to serve us.
I would like to thank S&H for their extremely excellent work and attention to us. We will be back.
“For the last couple of years, you have been servicing my wife’s Fiat Punto, which we have owned new since 1996. After previously dealing with Westover for servicing etc, it made a pleasant change to deal with your company. Over the weekend of 21/22 December we noticed the brake lights on my wife’s car had stopped working. I checked the fuse, which was ok and presumed it to be the switch. I duly phoned your company Monday 23rd December, not even knowing you would be open. Imagine my delight when I was told to drop the car off to you that morning, so you could confirm my thought, and if possible, effect the repair then. Apparently you did not have the part in stock and therefore had to order it .However, not to be deterred, the part came the next day(Christmas eve) and was promptly fitted that morning, so that the car would be fully operational for the holiday period. It really is a refreshing change to come across service such as this. Please extend our thanks to all concerned. Be assured we will continue to use you and extol the virtues of your company to others. Once again many thanks!”

I’d just like to say a quick thank you for all the help with my Fiat Brava over the past month. The service has been great on both occasions a space was available in the garage on the day of my call, along with a pickup truck to collect it from my house and repairs were made swiftly. The loan car was also a huge bonus. Most importantly the staff are friendly and helpful, and not elitist as you’ll find in other garages, above all everyone that was there is downright honest and seem to be there to help. It made the annoyance of my very sick car easier to stomach. Thanks once again.

I would like to thank you for the extremely efficient way in which the problem with the above was handled. As I mentioned, we were due to travel back home the next day, after my father’s funeral and it was an extremely stressful time for us and having the car experience problems with the clutch was the last thing we wanted. Your staff handled the whole situation in an extremely calm and professional manner putting our minds at rest immediately. I would mention that we had called into a Skoda garage in Broadstone, after the funeral, in an effort to get someone to investigate the problem, only to be told it would take 3 hours to investigate, they didn’t have the time to do this, and didn’t I have breakdown cover. Not the most sympatric approach I thought, so your approach was most welcome. Once again, my thanks to your company.
For some time now I have had my car, and more recently my wife’s car serviced at S & H Motors. Your standard of customer care is exemplary, and every time outside of normal servicing, when problems have arisen with my car, both you and your staff have always shown the utmost courtesy and given the impression that nothing is too much trouble. May I take this opportunity to thank your staff for the prompt, efficient and satisfactory service they have given me on a couple of occasions this week. Special thanks to Damion who very quickly diagnosed what was causing steering wheel ‘wobble’ it turned out to be a defective tyre, and then a couple of days later his thorough checking of the brakes, which to my pleasant surprise, you offer free. This level of service cannot, I believe be bettered and you are to be congratulated on the teamwork you have achieved.
